The cover should give you a hint of what this one's all about. LCD Soundsystem takes the discorock fad back to the 80's where it all started and made a kick ass double LP that sounds more like New Order or Talking Heads than anything Franz Ferdinand or The Strokes have been doing. To be fair the band displays a myriad of influences and the record hops eras with ease, they're scholars of Good Music indeed and it shines through in spades. These 3 tunes are just a taste of the dancefloor goodness within.
Damn I was going to buy a new Hummer in late 2012 and drive around the country for a vacation, Now I am going to have to shave my head and join the Hari.s, Muslims, Jews, Jehovah s, Mormons, Christians, and a few other wing nut groups just to cover all my bases.
